FC Barcelona put up a brilliant display at the AT&T stadium as rhey beat domestic rival, Real Madrid by a 3-0 scoreline.

The two Spanish heavyweights locked horns in the pre-season friendly match which witnessed strategic game plans from managers of both teams.

Barcelona, who secured the La Liga title last season with a 10-point gap ahead oftheir rivals, got th lead in the 15th minute, courtesy of Ousmane Dembele after an assist from Pedri.

Torres wasted no time as he tipped the ball over Courtois.

Barcelona looks to take the same form to their remaining pre-season friendly matches against Milan and Tottenham, before their first La Liga match on August 13 against Getafe, as the Blaugrana seek to defend last season’s league win.

Madrid also have a game in hand against Itakian giant, Juventus.

Carlo Ancellotti’s charges will play their first domestic encounter against Atletic Bilbao on August 12.
