I partook in BBN to boost my fitness brand− Kemen

Must Read

A former contestant and fitness enthusiast, Kemen Ekerete, has said that he took part in the reality show in order to showcase his brand as a fitness trainer.

He told , “I had always loved fitness, and I went to the house because I wanted to ‘sell my market’ in a bigger space. Immediately I left the competition, I had to hit the ground running.”

He also stated that going to the gym to work out was a sign of discipline. He said, “There are people who are genetically blessed, and they do not need to be at the gym to have nice bodies. However, people who go to the gym to sculpt their bodies show discipline, tenacity and patience. One can pay for how one looks, but not how one feels.”

Talking about people who do not observe proper body hygiene when going to the gym, Kemen said, “It is a general issue as far as I am concerned. The fact that I chose to talk about it does not mean it happens only in my space. I just feel I need to be a voice for the industry in which I operate. I have had similar experiences in banks, cinemas, and even on the beach.”

Sparing some advice on the best hygiene practices for people who visit the gym, the fitness entrepreneur said, “There are two sets of people that go to the gym. Some go in the morning, while some go in the evening. First, you need to consider the fact that you are going to a shared space. That means you should put yourself in the best state. You are meant to shower, brush your teeth and use your deodorant before heading to the gym.”
