Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state has cast his vote in the ongoing governorship and House of assembly election.
The governor voted at PU06, Eiyekole, Adeniji Adele.
He cast his vote alongside his wife.
Speaking after he voted, the governor commended the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for arriving early and starting the voting process on time.
Sanwo-Olu further stated that the electoral process shouldn’t be a time for violence.
He called on Lagos electorate and security operatives to ensure a peaceful process.
