Productions has collaborated with FilmOne Studios to produce a movie titled, , which was recently released exclusively on Prime Video.
The movie, which features action-packed scenes and engaging dialogue, stars top actors, such as Funke Akindele, Chidi Mokeme, Chioma Chukwuka, and many others.
Set in Lagos, the movie tells the story of Jolade Okeniyi, a single mother navigating the challenges of making ends meet. Her primary source of income involves working as a driver for a local drug cartel. When caught by the authorities, she is forced to become an informant against the cartel to avoid jail for herself and her daughter. Meanwhile, obtaining the required information could expose them to the ruthless cartel’s deadly consequences.
Speaking about the movie, the director and Inkblot’s CEO, Chinaza Onuzo, in a statement sent to , said, “I loved making the movie, because it was an opportunity to explore the lengths people will go to for the people they love. In the film, we see this through the lens of a mother’s love for her daughter.”
