The Supreme Court has dismissed the appeal by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Azeez Adediran popularly known as Jandor, seeking to upturn the election of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
The apex court had earlier dismissed the appeal of the Labour Party candidate for Lagos, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.

In Jandor’s case, Justice Adamu Jauro, read the lead judgment. He held that the appeal was without merit.
