Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the Chief Whip of the Senate, on Tuesday, rallied support for the governorship candidate of APC in Lagos, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Kalu also urged the Igbo community to support the governorship candidate of APC in Kaduna and Borno.
The senator noted that Sanwo-Olu, Uba Sani, and Babagana Zulum deserve the massive support of the Igbos.
He said voting for APC gives the Igbos an opportunity to promote, move forward and positively influence the places where they reside.
Below are the words of Kalu on Tuesday morning:
“As the day for the gubernatorial election draws closer, it is important our people align with competence and performance and support people-oriented candidates across the country.
“The candidates of All Progressives Congress(APC) in Lagos, Kaduna, Borno, and others deserve maximum support of the Igbos. I urge all our people in these states to cast all their votes for the candidates of the APC.
“When you vote for the APC, you have an opportunity to promote, move forward, and positively influence the places where you reside.”
