Isaac Fayose, brother to former governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose, has called on President Bola Tinubu to order that no individual should have more than $1,000 in their domiciliary accounts.

He said this is one of the ways of addressing naira’s free fall.

Isaac, in a video on his Facebook page said, said Tinubu should be ready to auction the dollars in excess of $1,000 in the accounts of former governors, including his brother.

According to him, the President should come to the television to address Nigerians and to order that any private domiciliary account that has more than $1,000 would be seized or auctioned and replaced with naira.

He said: “All individuals including myself, my brother and all the former governors that have dollars stored, auction their dollars and change it to naira.”
