Hundreds of low-income contributors to an investment scheme in Kano will experience bleak Christmas and New Year celebrations in the ancient commercial city of Kano as thevlady coordinator used all their hard-earned money to send her man abroad.
Investigations by our Correspondent indicated that the ugly incident happened at 56 Wheather Head, Sabon Gari, Kano.
However, the full breeze of the crime blew out when men and officers of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), picked her, as she was preparing to escape.

Impeccable sources within the area, including neighbours, who do not want their names on print, confirmed to our Correspondent that the crime was a grand plot between the lady and her man to defraud people.
A bold man who identified himself as Uche said: “well, only God will judge them. My wife is a victim. I warmed her, but see where we are.”
When contacted, NSCDC Public Relations Officer in Kano, DSC Ibrahim Idris Abdullahi, said he is working on it to bring full details.
