The duo of Hassan Victor aged 25 and Lolade Owojiri aged 22 have been arrested by the officers of the Nigerian Police Force in Lagos.
At 1am this morning, a patrol team from Ikoyi Division intercepted and arrested them with bridge barriers on Falomo Bridge.
The act of cutting bridge barriers is gradually becoming a trend in Lagos.
Mastru Mutairu, a 30-year-old man, was also caught vandalizing Carter Bridge railings at about 3:15am on Wednesday.
He was caught after a motorist informed the police of a vandal on Carter Bridge.
Officers from Ebute-ero Division swiftly moved in.
Mutairu, on sighting police officers, took to his heels but was arrested.
