Greensprings to offer scholarships to exceptional students

Greensprings School, Lagos, has said it will give scholarships for entry into Year seven and the post-secondary International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

The Executive Director, Mrs Lai Koiki, in a statement, emphasised the school’s commitment to recognising and supporting academic excellence by offering scholarships to exceptional candidates entering Year seven and the IB Diploma Programme.

She noted that the initiative aimed to provide scholars with a platform to experience a comprehensive and well-rounded education.

She said, “The scholarship entrance examination is scheduled for Saturday, December 16, 2023, and will take place at all Greensprings campuses in Lagos. For candidates unable to participate physically, a virtual examination option will also be provided.”

Expressing the school’s dedication to excellence, Koiki stated, “Greensprings School remains steadfast in providing and supporting excellence. Awarding academic scholarships through our annual scholarship examination is one of the ways we demonstrate our commitment to fostering outstanding achievements in education.”

The Chief Strategy Officer, Mr Uche Ogbu, stressed the school’s dedication to offering educational opportunities to Nigerian students.

He highlighted the provision of scholarships as a key way through which Greensprings ensured that exceptional students benefit from the institution’s well-rounded education.

Ogbu said, “Becoming a recipient of the scholarship opens doors for students to experience a school environment where they can develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.”
