Right now, we have 288 children under our scholarship for the new academic session and we would be paying N6.543,300M for the new academic session of the 2023/2024 first-term school fees this year and will continue paying their second-term school fees in January 2024 and through the session. The report I got is that 25 students under our scholarship, have graduated from secondary school waiting for new opportunities. While 13,of them graduated from higher institution.

“Education is a fundamental right for every child, even in times of crisis. We have been focusing on ensuring uninterrupted education for children. Our organization will set up temporary learning spaces, distributed educational materials, and trained teachers to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for these children.

” The essence of the school life scholarship is to train the children until any of them says he is no longer interested in going to school and I don’t think there is any other organization in the world not even Chevron or other multinational oil companies do what we’re doing. All they do is give out yearly scholarships. He noted that it is important for Nigerians to cultivate the habit of helping those in need so as to give them a sense of belonging.

Olukilede, noted that begging to carry out a charity project, was not good. Announcing his foundation’s intention to disburse six million, five hundred and forty-three thousand, three hundred, naira(N6,543,300) as part of the proposed scholarship payment for indigent children, from basic to tertiary levels, in the 2023/2024 academic session.

“Right now we have 288 and some of them are graduating. So we are going to add students. We are looking at a minimum of 300 children to support. The donation goes as follows: Those in the primary school collect N25,000 annually, by their parents to buy them books and other school materials; as we encourage them to go to public schools. The secondary school students also collect the same thing. However, doing WAEC and JAMB, we pay for them. For the university, we give them N50,000, and we also assist them in terms of payment for their projects.”
