The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress has disclosed that his exposure in politics makes him more qualified for the presidency than his opponents in other political parties.
Tinubu said this, on Saturday, during a media briefing with newsmen.
It will be recalled that the presidential election was conducted on Saturday by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
According to the commission, voting would continue today in some parts of the country marred with violence.
Tinubu said his experience in the private sector makes him fitter for the position than others.
He said, “I can say categorically I am better than the other candidates. I am well-exposed and have experience from the private sector.
“I can demonstrate that capacity, ability and vision, as demonstrated in the infrastructural development in Lagos. I am confident that I will win the presidential election,” he said.
He added that the challenges the present regime led by the President, Major General Muhammudu Buhari (retd), is facing include economic crunch, population growth, job creation and insecurity.
