Football fans will battle for a prize money of N2m at the maiden launch of Kobobid football fantasy tourney scheduled for this month.
The N2m tourney will feature four English Premier League matches on its online platform.
These matches will be played simultaneously and is billed to hold on December 30.
The EPL games are Aston Villa vs Burnley; Crystal Palace vs Brentford;, Manchester City v Sheffield United and Wolves vs Everton are the games available for selection.
Explaining the concept of Fantasy Sports, co-founder, Kobobid, Chiedu Okpala said, “Kobobid Fantasy is a fun competitive game where people select a team of football players (called lineups) from available games. Their lineups earn points based on how the football players perform in the real games.”
To promote this new game style, Kobobid will be hosting a N2m tournament where the 1st place lineup wins N1m and 99 other top lineups share the remaining N1m.
100 out of 500 lineups stand a chance to win cash prizes in the N2m. Entry fee for this tournament is only N5,000 and players are allowed to enter up to 10 different lineups.
