Former Chelsea and Inter Milan manager, Antonio Conte, is planning to return to management next season.

This was confirmed by respected Italian transfer exper, Fabrizio Romanco.

According to Romano, Conte is open to a “new project”.

He tweeted: “Antonio Conte is currently planning to be back next season with a new project, if nothing big happens with top club official calls.”

Conte enjoyed a successful two-year stint in the Premier League with Chelsea, where he won the title in 2017 and the FA Cup in 2018.

However, he has been out of job since he left Inter this summer, after leading them to their first Serie A title in 11 years.

The 52-year-old has been in high demand ever since with Premier League clubs being on red alert.
