B-VAS not working in some Maiduguri centres

At Lamisula/Zabarmari Collation Centre, Maiduguri metropolis, by 9am, most of the BVAS machines had not booted because network problems.

Tijjani Hassan in charge of the centre says machines not distributed until technicians rectify problem. 80 polling units of the ward are to collect materials from the centre for the elections.
