Ex-Kaduna PDP chairman, Suleiman, is dead – Punch Newspapers

The former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Kaduna State chapter, Ibrahim Yaro Suleiman, is reportedly dead.

Suleiman was said to have died of protracted illness.

In a condolence message signed and made available to pressmen by the state’s Publicity Secretary of the party, Abraham Catoh, commiserated with the deceased’s family.

The statement read, “The entire State Executive Committee led by the chairman, Felix Hassan Hyat, sympathised with the immediate family of its first Chairman in the state, Ibrahim Yaro Suleiman, who passed away after a protracted illness.”

The statement described the late former PDP chairman as an astute politician and elder statesman of immense value to the state.

It further praised his contribution to the growth of the party across the state while he was alive, saying that his contribution would never be forgotten.
