Thirty corps members at the Jigawa State NYSC Orientation camp were dazed on May 20, 2015 as 25 of them were dismissed, while five others got warning letters.

The Camp Director stated that the corps members indulged in acts of indiscipline and were found guilty at the camp court after facing the panel which finally led to the dismissal of 25 of them while more than five corps members were also given warning letters.

However, majority of the corps members who are females claimed they were sleeping in the hostel while camp activities were going on at the parade ground because they were sick and weak.

The camp judge at the parade ground at about 6 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, announced that the corps members with warning letters would remain in camp while those to be dismissed would return their kits, transport and bicycle allowance (N2,500) before they leave the camp.

Orientation camp for Batch A Stream one is to be concluded on May 25, 2015.
