Explosions rock venue of amnesty talks

Explosions today rocked the Warri, Delta State venue of an amnesty talks minutes after militants issued a bomb threat.
The Movement for Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND), which claimed responsibility for the blasts, said its operatives planted three bombs at the venue.
