Maiduguri – The 7 Division of the Nigerian Army in Maiduguri has said the curfew passes issued to all individuals in the state has been revoked.

The Spokesman of the division, Col. Tukur Gusau, stated this in a statement in Maiduguri on Wednesday.

Gusau said that only ambulances and fire fighting vehicles were allowed passage during the current curfew.
“The division wishes to draw the attention of the residents of Maiduguri that all curfew passes previously issued to individuals are now revoked.

“The only vehicles allowed to move during the 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew period are ambulances and fire fighting vehicles on duty,’’ the statement stated.(NAN)
